The interpretation of the Terms and your relationship with "Elite Medical Workshops LLC" under these Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Florida and the competent courts shall be the courts of (City) Florida. Consequently, you hereby waive to any jurisdiction arising out from your domicile, nationality or for any other reason. 

READ carefully when purchasing this product, you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") accept the following terms set forth in this document.

Elite Medical Workshops LLC (hereinafter referred "Company") agrees to provide Educational Training (hereinafter referred as, "the course") identified in the English language. Customer agrees to abide by all policies and procedures described in this agreement as a condition of participation in the Program.

RESIGNATION 

Client understands that Elite Medical Workshops LLC ("Consultant") is not an employee, agent, attorney, physician, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietitian or financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. The client understands that the Consultant has not promised, will not be obligated and will not do so; (1) seek or attempt to obtain employment, business or sales for the Client; (2) Perform any business management function, including, but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with respect to the same; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling, or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any type of publicity, interviews, writings, reports, television, print or digital media for the Client; (6) present to the Client the full network of contacts, media partners or business partners of the Consultant. The client understands that there is no relationship between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be signed.

The rate for the online course has : one time payment which, you are responsible unless a refund is requested in accordance with the terms outlined below, Elite Medical Workshops LLC reserves the right to suspend access to the Program if payments are not made as due. Also, if at any time there is an overdue payment, access to the course will be temporarily restricted until the account is in current financial condition. Each invoice only indicates the payment and balance due. If you have any questions about the account, you can send an email to info@elitemedworkshops.com at any time.

There is only one time payment , customers can pay by credit or debit card or PayPal.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to do your best to apply all the strategies in the program.  

We offer a refund period of EXACT 14 calendar days if you have consumed less than 40% of the total videos in the course. We use a database provider that provides accurate audience metrics for the total course content.

Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase may require additional verification in an effort to prevent fraud and piracy.

In the event you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, please contact our support team at info@elitemedworkshops.com within 14 calendar days of the EXACT day and time of subscription and let us know that you would like a refund of your purchase.

LIVE WORKSHOPS: Because the live Workshops have a limited capacity of attendees, there are NO REFUNDS.

The workshop can be rescheduled to a new date, due to circumstances out of control like a natural disaster, pandemic, etc.

If a registered guest is not able to attend the live Workshop, the registration will be postponed to an upcoming event with no penalty or fee.

NON DISCLOUSURE: Please note that Elite Medical Workshops will provide a certificate of completion every time that course is completed to the person that bought the course, this is not a license to practice, each person needs to consult each state rules and regulations and consult license requirements of each State to practice each different procedure.
